I am a photographer and musician. Additionally, I enjoy writing, cooking and hiking . I live in a house (formerly a barn) on the outskirts of a town in northwestern New Jersey.

I photograph in order to remember. Among the things that I want to remember: the butterfly on a late Summer afternoon, the strength of the Ocean, the delicacy of a fog enshrouded tree in the middle of Winter. I enjoy visually contemplating details.

I studied photography at the International Center of Photography. My work has been exhibited at 57 Mercer in Soho, the Vermont Studio Center, and Touchstone Theater in Pennsylvania. I have been honored to receive a Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation Grant as well as grants from the Vermont Studio Center. My images have been published on the cover of Allegro Magazine, within Chamber Music America, on several CD covers, as well as numerous publicity web sites and print pieces. I have self published two books: Theme and Variations and Finback.
